The Colorado State Board of Accountancy does not issue their own CPE requirements. Instead, they ask that CPE providers and CPAs adhere to the NASBA/AICPA CPE Standards. The Colorado State Board of Accountancy does not pre-approve any particular courses or any particular training providers. They expect everyone to adhere to the standards using good faith judgement. We believe that the training courses we offer adhere to the NASBA/AICPA CPE standards. Accordingly, we believe it is appropriate for a Colorado CPA to claim CPE credits after attending one of our training classes.
